My parents raised me here and the university I go to is highly ranked.
Where are you originally from and why’d you decide to move to Arizona?
I lived in Dubai, but my parents moved us back here because of better job opportunities and Thunderbird School of Global Management is here.
If you graduated from college, where did you attend and what was your degree?
Arizona State University for International Business and Spanish, and currently Thunderbird School of Global Management for my Masters in Global Management and a concentration in Digital Transformation.
Where do you currently work and what is your title?
I work at a Marriott hotel at the front desk and with GPEC as a Business Development Intern.
What do you like to do in Greater Phoenix on the weekends?
I love going to nice restaurants, bars, dancing at the Duce, and other family-owned hubs.
What’s your favorite restaurant and why?
I love Tacos Calafia right now because it is a family-owned restaurant and has authentic Mexican food.
What’s your go-to staycation spot and why?
I love the Phoenician because of its luxurious offerings, great food and beautiful location in the mountains.
How do you stay “cool” in the Arizona summers?
Lots of pool time and driving up north!
What do you like about our winters and why?
The weather is gorgeous, not uncomfortably cold but chilly enough. Lots of beautiful decorations throughout the city and fun thematic events.
What do you love most about living in Greater Phoenix?
I love how nice the people are and how inclusive the culture is.
