A conversation with CEO/REALTOR® Daniel Brown 

Tell us about your company:

Daniel Brown: Myriad at My Home Group is a boutique real estate team that assists people through one of the most important times in their lives, buying or selling a home. The experienced team of four, has been in business for seven years and has established a unique business model in the real estate game. In an industry with over 66,000 thousand agents, the bar for acquiring a real estate license is exceptionally low. With Myriad’s model, they change the atmosphere in real estate by enlisting all salaried employees, allowing them to focus their attention on creating a positive client experience. In the past year alone, they were able to help 90 families achieve their real estate goals while building long-lasting relationships at the same time. Myriad is currently ranked in Arizona’s top 1% of REALTORS® and are consistently in the Top 10 producers with their brokerage, My Home Group.

Brown: Phoenix 

How did your company get started?

Brown: The Myriad team was founded in 2014 by myself and Skyler Irvine. We wanted to build a real estate team where everyone worked together for the benefit of the client to provide an extremely high level of service. 

Explain why you chose Greater Phoenix to build your company:

Brown: I’m a true Phoenician through and through. I’ve lived in Arizona my entire life and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management in 2000. I began my career in real estate in 2007 and knew that starting my own company right here in Phoenix was the perfect decision right from the start. 

What makes your product unique and different?

Brown: Myriad is unique in the real estate world in that we aren’t just licensed REALTORS® competing with each other. When you choose Myriad, you get the entire team on your side. All that teamwork pays off. 

What is the best thing about having your business in Greater Phoenix?

Brown: Having our business in Phoenix gives us the opportunity to network with the many amazing local companies, business people and individuals in our city. This truly allows our business to thrive no matter what! 

In your opinion, why should someone build a career in Greater Phoenix?

Brown: You should absolutely grow your career in Greater Phoenix because the opportunities are endless! Phoenix has a competitive job market and is a connected city for innovation and growth. 

What are three words you would use to describe the business community in Greater Phoenix?
