Justin Bayless

Justin is a successful entrepreneur who scaled his family business, Bayless Integrated Healthcare, into a
nine-figure valuation and exited the business to a top 25 Fortune 500 company in 2020. He is now the
Founder and CEO of Ten Figures, a culturally competent, management consulting and private equity firm
supporting the development and growth of BIPOC and/or women healthcare entrepreneurs. Justin is also
the Founder and President of the Journey Venture Studio, a Phoenix-based 501c3 not-for-profit entity,
that creates and launches healthcare companies to be led by underrepresented founders.
Justin serves as an Advisory Board Member and Partner to the Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund, a
Mentor to the Black Ambition program, and was newly appointed as a Board of Trustees member at
Morehouse College. In addition, he continues his passion for philanthropic work as he has recently
established scholarship and entrepreneurship programs at the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley,
ElevateMed, and Morehouse College.
Justin lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and three daughters and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi
Fraternity Inc., Phoenix Alumni Chapter. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, haute horology enthusiast,
and enjoys traveling the globe.
