Samantha Keating

Deputy Housing Director of the Phoenix Housing Department

Samantha Keating is a Deputy Housing Director for the City of Phoenix Housing Department. In her current role, she is responsible for implementing the City’s Housing Phoenix Plan which has a goal of creating or preserving 50,000 homes by 2030 to address the housing shortage in Phoenix. Prior to joining the Housing Department, Samantha held roles in the Planning and Development Department’s current planning, site planning, sign and long-range planning divisions assisting applicants and developers navigate the City’s entitlement processes.
