Hi, I’m Ryan!

I’ve always dreamed of owning a couple acres of land with a nice home on it, but my job in tech always drove me to live in big cities that I fondly refer to as concrete jungles. When my company told employees that we had the option to work remotely, I felt like it was my chance to move somewhere that my lifestyle dreams could come true. After doing a lot of research, I landed on Buckeye, Ariz. It is currently the second-fastest growing city in the United States, but is still small enough that I could buy some land and build an affordable home on. My hope is that the investment I make in land now will pay off in the long run.

Growing up in Southern California, there were many things I loved about the state, but quite a few things I couldn’t handle. After years of paying the high taxes, navigating the congestion and struggling to have a life well-lived, I have found Buckeye to be refreshing.

My extended family still lives in in the Los Angeles area and it’s comforting to me to only be about a five-hour drive away from them. That close proximity allows me to have the best of both worlds. The home I built in Buckeye is big enough so that family can come to visit anytime.

I found this little spot of perfection in the Greater Phoenix area that affords me the flexibility to let all of my personal and professional dreams come true.

While Buckeye is known for being a bit rural, it is only about a half hour to Sky Harbor Airport and all the density that the fifth-largest city in the U.S. can provide. I found this little spot of perfection in the Greater Phoenix area that affords me the flexibility to let all of my personal and professional dreams come true.
